- The candidate must have passed F.Sc./HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination with the subjects of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics and obtained a minimum of 60% (660/1100) marks.
- The candidate must have a domicile certificate from any district of Punjab. Candidates having domicile of Islamabad (ICT) can apply for open merit seats only;
- The candidate must have qualified for the MDCAT-2022 with a minimum of 55% (i.e. 110/200) marks.
For BDS
- The candidate must have passed F.Sc./HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination with the subjects of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics and obtained a minimum of 55% (605/1100) marks.
- The candidate must have domicile certificate of any district of Punjab. Candidates having domicile of Islamabad (ICT) can apply on open merit seats only;
- The candidate must have qualified the MDCAT-2022 with a minimum of 45% (i.e. 90/200) marks.
The merit will be calculated as follows:
- 60% of the candidate’s MBBS/BDS pre-medical examination marks
- 10% of the candidate’s MDCAT score
- 30% of the candidate’s interview score
The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained by the candidates.
The application process for MBBS/BDS admissions in UHS will begin after the declaration of the official result of the MDCAT-2023 by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC). The admission notice will be advertised separately by the schedule to be announced by the PMC.
