Pakistan Medical Commission has announced the Medical and Dental College Admission Test MDCAT 2024 syllabus. The syllabus was finalized following consultation with various stakeholders and has ensured that no subject is out of the course of any Board in Pakistan. MDCAT 2024’s syllabus was announced following the NMC’s meeting on June 4, 2024.
The weightage of subjects in the MDCAT is identical to that of 2024. According to information, 34% of questions in the MDCAT exam will be based on Biology, 27% from Chemistry, 27% on Physics, 9% in English, and 3% on Logical reasoning. The MDCAT test will consist of 200 MCQs based on the accepted percentage.

MDCAT Paper Pattern
There will not be any negative markings in the National MDCAT. All marks total will amount to 210. Total 210 multiple-choice questions. In total, the time for the exam will be 3.5 hours.
